Talking to patient @ ACS

Me: Any intention to get braces done?

Patient: Huh? Bracers? No lah, unless I playing strength Hero and I'm sure I won't die early game. (Patient referring to arm armour in DOTA, on right)

He was deliberately trying to be funny, but I wasn't in a particularly jovial mood and replied with a low grunt, supressing the not-so-nice words forming in my mind.

I found out why they kept making DotA references. I spotted this poster in its full-coloured A4 glory, blazoned on a piller in the canteen.

So here I am blogging at 10:25am in the school hols, F.I.R. blaring in the background, my entire class of patients deciding not to come because, as they so accurately put it - They're training for competitions.

School seems like such a foreign place these days.
